I met Ognjen Kokorovic in the sports field and I must say that I found him to be a splendid person, very altruistic, never banal, but concrete and attentive to detail.
Working with Kokorovic is a huge life experience, an experience that he himself has experienced firsthand. This allows him to convey a very deep meaning and manages to make you savor all the significant part of his work. Kokorovic helps people grow professionally and does so to improve others first and foremost, but also himself.

I feel like saying that he is one of those people who move the important pieces of life, perhaps few, but so anchored that an engaging vortex arises and changes the world. In addition to being a valid element on a sporting level, I find him to be a human person with whom I can talk about any topic and find in him a figure capable of listening and ready for a healthy and profitable discussion.

I have known Ognjen for many years and I am immediately struck by his willingness to meet people's needs and the precision with which he tackles commitments. He is an extremely tidy, humble and particularly prepared person.

It helped me analyze events from various points of view, helping me improve my self-esteem. Furthermore, it allowed me to work on my weaknesses and identify my strengths.

Thanks to him and his method I was able to review the management of my resources by planning medium/long term objectives aimed exclusively at my personal and economic well-being.

For me his advice is fundamental today and I know I can always count on him.

After years of knowing five-a-side football and also in the workplace, I decided to involve our Coach in the project of rebirth of the sports association, but applying a different mentality from the classic good-naturedness that prevails within Italian sport.

With Ogi we have undertaken an idea of sports entrepreneurship, relocating and restructuring figures and roles within the company, thus giving a consolidated corporate structure and organizational chart.

In all of this, Ogi was fundamental to the managerial organization of the project.

Furthermore, he brought both his professional and human know-how to imprint and develop a winning mentality both at a management and team group level.

Being a part of this absolutely phenomenal book is an immense honor and privilege for me, regardless of how small or invisible that role may be.
On several occasions, I was on the verge of tears, and at times, I did shed tears, mostly out of happiness, because some stories and examples touched me so personally, especially those involving friends and parents.
Ognjen's witty sense of humor amused me so much, giving this book yet another degree of greatness.
The most profound life lessons that left a lasting impression on me are:
- Choose to be the one with two, in a world that thinks like one!
- 'If today were the last day of my life, would I really want to do what I'm about to do today?'
- Don't spend a minute of your life with those whose company doesn't make you feel good. I have heard myself say a thousand times, 'but they are friends of friends' or similar things. It does not matter. What matters is how I feel when I'm with them. And there is nothing worse than dedicating our time to people whose company, at best, tells us nothing.

Definitely a must-read, not only for business people but for everyone who wants to take control of their life and live it with complete serenity.
